Hatha Yoga Classes in the Heart of

Our yoga classes focus on relaxing of the mind and body. During class, we practice relaxing the body in different postures or asanas in order to release tension from our muscles and our mind. Additionally, we increase our concentration and awareness of our bodies through the practice of breathing exercises (pranayama), as well as meditation, and mindfulness practices. Learning to slow down and become more aware of the body and the mind has numerous health benefits to those who practice including decreased stress, stiffness, and pain, as well as increased energy, flexibility, strength, and balance.
